When the servers come up, Arena Season 3 will have begun. This means a ton of new epics for Arena fights, and cheaper epics for everyone! The first season's gear will be available for honor, and it seems like everyone has a bunch of points stored up. How many points do you have? Arena? Honor? What do you plan to buy? Why? For PvP exclusively? Use for PvE? Do you think season 1 gear for honor is a good move?

The main change I am most excited about is the new heroic badge loot. It's something I wanted for a LONG time and the reason for that is, I really only run heroics more than I do anything else in this game. Heroics were the way I geared my character up. Most people do arenas or raid for gear. I chose to get epics from heroics and the badge rewards.

(I have recently joined a raiding guild though, but I do still run lots of heroics because i feel it's a better way to acquire loot... the more heroics I run the faster I get loot joined a new guild mainly because Kara and ZA will drop badges hehe... also tired of seeing the same instances and want to explore and progress through the raids now. )

I have everything I want out the current badge system and in 2.3 I have enough badges for 3 new items. I am really excited about this you guys have no idea. I been wanting some armor for badges since I first started running heroics.

This patch could have just contained the new badge loot and I would have still been looking forward to it the way I am now.

I even have the option of using my badges on Moonkin gear if I felt like it. I might do that as there hardly isn't any to be found from instances but that depends on if I'm gonna be tanking or not in raids... currently I been cat form dps most of the time.
