Free Character Migrations in Europe

Due to the rising value of the Euro over the American dollar, it seems like Blizzard Europe's PvP servers are getting crowded. Luckily, they just announced free character transfers.
Due to population differences between some of the highest and lowest populated PvP realms, the following Free Character Migration will be available from March 19th to March 25th:

From: Al'Akir, Frostmane, Grim Batol, Outland, Twilight's Hammer
To: Burning Steppes, Spinebreaker

Please note that the migration may be closed at any time should a destination realm's population rise too high.
